I would like to become a foriegn exchange student to Italy?
How do I become one? Do I need to learn the languege? What is it like in Italy? Like what are fun things to do there? Also, what would be the best place to exchange to? Ond last thing, are there any study abroad programs to Italy, where you are with a group from America and not a family?

The best place for this information is your college or university. The international students office will know the answers.

I would try a comparison site that can specialize in student cover. Squaremouth has a medical insurance section that allows you to indicate you are a full time student, then shows you products that cover students worldwide. http://www.squaremouth.com/visitors-insurance
