Is there a scholarship for a civil engineering student who wants to student in the US from Italy?
My boyfriend lives in Italy. He is studying civil engineering. If he wanted to finish his study in the US is that possible? Is there any GRANTS, SCHOLARSHIPS, or PROGRAMS to help him? He speaks good English, so studying abroad wouldn't be impossible. If he finished his studying in Italy is it possible to use that degree in the US? Please provide me as much information as possible thank you so much in advance He has a good academic record.

It doesn't matter if you are from Italy or you did civil eng. Anybody who is deserving enough to get scholarship would definitely get one. If your bf has good academic profile with good grades and research interest he can apply for a grant or a fellowship.
